Version 3.0 released

I am glad to announce that version 3 of the book has been released.

1. Incorporates a lot of bug fixes and stylistic improvements. Thanks to many of
you for pointing out mistakes.

2. The language was changed from British English to American English.

3. Thorough grammar checks.

On the website, you will find a new slide deck and chapter on RISC-V. A YouTube
video will be released soon.
