Hello everybody,

I have done Multiple Sequence Alignment with MAFFT software online. After doing MSA, I wanted to see my phylogenetic tree but there was a problem on web page: when Java (TM) has finished installing, reload to active it. How can I solve this problem? Thank you very much indeed.

Could you provide more information? For example, what program or webserver are you using?

How did you calculate your tree?
