vector/expression values color and automation of graphics generation

greetings, i want to know if the colors and color limits of the
expression values can be customized
also, do you know if one can generate several trees graphics from the
command line (for automation)?

1. No, at this point the colors and color limits for vector/
expresstion data cannot be changed by the user.

2. If you know a little Java you can write a short program for this
automation step.
