Hi all,
Thanks Christian for Archaeopteryx, and for adding the search with regular expressions, very powerful and very useful indeed! :)
Just to mention a bug I noticed and that is easily reproducible in two steps:
(1) perform some search amongst your taxa. Some are then highlighted in green or red
(2) click on a node to colorize its subtree. The subtree is correctly colorized, but additionally all the terminal edges leading to taxa that are hit by the search are also colorized with the colour you selected for the subtree! That's clearly unexpected.
Thanks and best regards,
Jean-Baka

Thank you.
Good point.
This "unexpected" behavior was a feature requested by a user.
Now (in version 0.9911) it is optional (off by default), to turn it on go to "Options" and select "Colorize All Found Nodes When Colorizing Subtree(s)" (under "Search:").
