For peers who get the 'Failed to create empty document' error on CryEngine 3

For some of you who may be getting the error "Failed to create empty document' on CryEngine 3 which in turn causes the whole program to crash, here's the solution !
From the help of Russell, and reading the forums on the CryEngine website (http://www.crydev.net/viewtopic.php?f=326&p=846913), we have gathered that the problem occurs if your computer is operating on another language other than English. So in order to solve this problem, make sure that the language Unicode Language is indeed English (Australia) found in the Control Panel.
