hi all

 

trying for a long time but nothing is happening!! any one can say how to rotate an object continuously without changing its position? the way im doing , the entire object is moving and creating the angle!!  I hope anyone can understand what im trying to say!! or I should say spining???   help plzz??

Has anyone figured this out? Is it possible to get an object to spin/rotate from its centre rather than around a corner? I'm struggling with the settings in the flow graph.

Right click component in Sketchup. Set component axis.

Can u describe a bit more Plzz? Do u mean it should be selected in midpoint? I am so confused..is there any tutorial or anything on this issue..HELP 

Hi Sabrina,

Alexis is right, "set component axis" is an option in the window that pops up when you create a component in SketchUp.

When you select that option you can move the components axis to wherever you like ... so place the axis where you want the center of your rotation to be.
