Person falling through my bridge

Can someone please help all of a sudden when i put my person on bridge they just fall through. This has never happend to me before and it had been working up until i had my final design to put in and i made changes and now its not solid. I dont get it :s i tried changing the materials in sketchup and also in crisis it makes no difference.

no i didnt stretch if anything i just tried to make gaps for doorways

I just fixed it.. No idea how but i cleaned it up i think there were all this hidden stuff under the block i couldnt walk on. I cant pin point what i fixed but mainly just redid the part i couldnt walk on carefully with out stuffing anything else up, aswell as creating a new sketchup file copying and pasting and renaming component. Hope no one else has this problem randomly, its stressful.
