Importing models has no texture and is just black

Hi
I have a problem. When i import my models into sandbox it turns out
black and doesnt show the texture that i had applied. I cant seem to
figure out the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi thanks but its still doesnt work. However when i sent the model to
a friend the texture appears on her sandbox. Maybe its setting
problem?
