Imported Models appear black and without texture

Hey i still have the problem and cant seem to resolve it. My models
are black and appear without textures though it only appears to happen
on my sandbox because when i sent it to a friend it appeared on hers?
Any suggestions would help. Thanks

Hi LalehD,

It sounds like Sandbox2 cant find the textures you've applied. Funny
that your friends version can though ... it makes me think that you've
changed the name or location of the files (but that would mean you've
changed it back when you sent it to your friend ... which would be
strange ... or, when you sent it your friend put it in the original
location by default?)

Can you give us any more info?
