I was at the space today and I noticed a strange sound coming from the fish tank. The fish all seemed fine, but the far-right tank was completely empty and the pump that pumps water over the filter on that side was dry.

I do not know who maintains the tank but a knowledgeable person should go by fairly soon and see what needs to be done.
