I just noticed the updated PKGBUILD for libiconv removes
charset.alias. I've seen this problem in other packages and did
similar, however I had already added the rm -f to coreutils... I'm
fine with it in either place, but right now we're deleting it from
both which is bad.

I'd say leave it in coreutils. Seems to be a "core" package. I don't
have any real strong feelings about this though.

I have no strong feelings either. Coreutils sounds fine. I think
libiconv/gettext are responsible for generating this file but since
none exists coreutils copies one over. Fine though, if we run into
trouble with it we can always change it later. Seems minor enough to
not worry about now.
