Those of you who receive digests have been changed from digest delivery mode to abridged delivery mode. Abridged mode means you receive e-mail once per day or for every 100 messages posted to this group, with a summary of new activity each day. The summary includes a link to the full message, saved in the arcenc database, as well as a link to the original article on the web. In Digest mode, you received an email approximately once a day, with up to
25 FULL new messages bundled into a single e-mail.
The reasson I made the change was that you get a much shorter message that still lists all the articles, and you can still read as many as you want. If you're looking at the group mail on a smart phone, this format is much easier to handle. If not, you can still read as many of the full forwards as you wish.
And of course, if you don't like the abridged mode, let me know by replying to this or any other message in the group.
