Just a first post to the group to let you know I'll be posting  things related to model building from time to time. And,

sometimes I'll come up with some aviation history items that might surprise you.

I'm going to keep my postings general and give credit to others who inspired me and helped me to get where I am in our hobby.

I'll also be attending the 66th Southwest Regionals in Eloy, AZ next week. There might be interest in seeing what

goes on at one of the nation's longest running model contests. It is both RC and Free Flight at the same event - but

separated  into two flying areas at the site so that it's safer.

I'm part of a small band of SAM fliers who formed the SAM 100 Chapter in Albuquerque. We created and sponsor

am event we call Electric Replica. More about that later.
