The 45th General Assembly of the KIRA was held yesterday (February 25, 2011) in Seoul, Korea. ARCASIA was represented by George Kunihiro, Batjav Batkhuyag (Immediate Past President UAM) and President Bathbaatar of the UMA from Mongolia. All three received Honorary Membership to the KIRA along with Lizandro Garza Villarreal, Past President of the FCARM, Mexico in a ceremony.
