Question.
Do you think by default it should always open up the "most recently
looked at" directory? Or the $pwd?
It seems if we use $pwd it won't work quite as well for windows
users. Perhaps it should always open up the 'most recently accessed'
directory?
That would be my preference.
Thoughts?
