ability to share right click menus across plugins

Currently there's no way for, say, the ack in project "add" entries to
the right click menu of the file history plugin (like "ack within this
directory").

Perhaps some means to do this would be nice?

You added new ones recently? That works too I suppose :)

Perhaps ideally...when a menu opens a plugin can send an event "give
me more options if you have them" and thus propagate extra menu
options. But I guess for now static is probably just fine too :)

Yes i added on repository. Good the idea of a "give me more option" but in my opinion
I would use it only to the start-up.
