Hello All!

It is time to renew your membership!  Let us know if you would like to rejoin, be part of the community and/or would like your own plot.  Also, let us know if you won’t be able to join in again this year so that we can offer spaces to others who might.

It is time to order onion and leeks sets.  Let me know if you are interested in growing these enough to donate towards the purchase of these sets.  I think if everyone chipped in $5 or so that would be plenty.  Please let me know by the end of the week and I will put in the order.  They were very successful last year!

 The garden looks great and has lots of greens ready to be harvested.  

We lost all our bees last year to robber bees.  Anyone interested in getting a new hive, please let me know.  I will be looking to order soon.

Yes!  $60.00 for community + individual plot or $60 for your own plot.  20 hours work required for community!  Glad you are back!!!

Gardeners! As the "treasurer" of the Garden (I keep the money, in a joint account with Erin, to pay for water bills and supplies, like seeds, irrigation equipment) I propose that you use Paypal or Cash app to send in your dues and any extra for onions now. 

If you choose PayPal, i am tana...@gmail.com,  user name, send as a friend. 

And if you don't want to or can't use these tools, then bring checks. 

I sent some of you an invitation to use Cash. I can send others an invite too. We both get $10 when you send $50 (I just sent it to my wife into our joint account!). I use this app a lot between friends when I don't have cash. There are no fees. And I'm not pushing it for any other reason than I like using it. 

$40 for Community membership and $60 for individual plot.

If you need to know what those tow choices involve or what you get, let me know.

Hi all,

I will be hopping over to garden at a plot at Scott gardens in downtown Decatur so have decided not to renew at Arcadia this year. It has been such a pleasure to garden with you all — the warm spirits, good conversations, and wealth of gardening knowledge (and delicious harvests) were such a gift. 

Hope I can still visit to stay in touch. I may try and transplant things growing in my bed and see if they can survive a move.
