This week we're going to hit some of the hills that we'll see on the
19th. We'll start at Mile Zero @ 7:00 and use the North side of the
trail to get to The Rock. From there, we'll head over to Exposition
for a hilly jaunt up to 35th then turn around and head back. In
total, this is a 10 mile run; changes for different distances are
pretty easy to accommodate. There will be water at The Rock and at
Expo & 35th.
