The Loop, the second race in the Rogue Trail Series is this week!
However, if you are not racing, we do have a different kind of workout
for you this week. Some of us are running The Oyster Race next week
and will be doing some multi-sport training to prepare. We'll meet in
front of the Barton Springs Pool House @ 7:30 and run 3-4 miles on the
greenbelt. For those who want, we'll then transition to the bikes for
a quick pedal to the Capitol and back. Then we'll run a few more
miles on the regular trail and possibly do some physical challenges
when we return to Zilker.
Parking is free at this time of day and shouldn't be a problem at
all. Feel free to join us for all or some of this workout. Any who
choose not to bike will be directed to the main trail around the lake
or can hit the pool for a great cool down!
