• This is to inform all the residents of Aravali that a cycle pump has been made available .Those who wish to use it may take it from the guard by depositing I-Card to the guard.

• Magazines are now also available in the library itself. Those who wish to issue may contact the Library Secretary.

• We are going to put up another White Board at the reception which will also have the list of the non registered post. 

Any more suggestions or complaints are invited.

most of the machines are broken so only weight lifting kind of stuff is there.

so try to improve the gym condition.

Sir we had asked for the budget of tread mill to the dean, however since structure of the gym is not very strong so we are not allowed to buy any new machine until the gym is not shifted.
Thanks for the suggestion.We will try to look for an alternative.

                               If the washing machine is not working on your floor,then you should must report it to the caretaker or me about the problem it is                                  having and the location of the washing machine.

@ramakanth: I would write a complaint about the tubelight in the complaint register with the guard, but i would request you to do the same in
                    case i forget.


PS: there is maintenance committee meeting on monday at 9 PM in common room, anybody interested is invited, we need contribution from all of you to make things better.

the washing machine on D-junior and D-senior are nt working. Machine
on D-junior is not installed.

Sir, Regarding the washing machines on D floor, I would like to say that the machine on D senior is totally out of order and neither the dryer nor the spinner of washing portion is working. The machine on D junior has not been installed, which means that the "things wrong with it" is that it has not been connected to electricity as well as to water supply with the supply pipe still locked with bolt(other implications may arise at later stage). Moreover, in my knowledge, the machines have been in this state for the last two and a half months. I would suggest you to take a look over all the machines in hostel as not more than one or two are in working condition. Ya. Its related to using it ! Not with installation....Maybe we need to use it judiciously after it is installed and water supply is in place!
