Regarding water management

Dear Lalit,

Please take a note:
1. Yesterday, in hostel they started maintenance of some bathrooms.
They broke the water pipes because of which, water pools were inside
the lobby and water entered the rooms of the students - Please take
care about it - Lobby with room numbers A17-A24 and others.
2. Please forward the application to transfer the water supply from
the bathrooms under maintenance to the working bathrooms, so that the
problem of water shortage can be tackled - Please do it before the
problem becomes grave.
3. Cleaners are not cleaning bathrooms regularly. I gave a complaint
they told that they will do it but they did not appear till now (2-3
days have past) and now water is clogging inside the washrooms. We
cannot enter the washrooms - Its dirty and stinking - Lobby with room
number A49-A52 and others.

Also, as informed earlier, we have yet not received any updates about
the maintenance committee - We don't know whom to go and give our
complaints/suggestions, that is the reason why I am hereby placing
this general mail to you.

all are serious issues....the washroom near A49 etc rooms is very bad condition. No one can even enter the wasroom.. its flooded with dirty water.... serious issue.....

Plz take care of this issue. we suffered a lot yesterday because of the negligence of the workers and watever. all our rooms in the ground floor from A-17 to A-25 and opposite were turned into pools(really).

Sir,
I have already complained about it.
But for future terms if thing like these happens(such as a tap goes off), you should immediately go to the guard and ask him to take necessary action.
And if things still do not work out you can cal me any time on 9718265307.
And we will be having the meeting of all the members of maintenance committee on Saturday/Sunday.
Regarding Good House Keeping,if the bathroom is not cleaned or for any such related thing, they all are answerable to you.You may go and again ask them to do the work(But talking politely would be the best option).If they still don't do your work, we can and we will take some action against them.
Things will be more ordered after we form the committee.

first take care of water entering into rooms coz of bathroom renovation..
similar problem in B floor rooms also.. B-30, B29 etc..
anticipate the possible mishaps and then start the renovation.. the whole rooms got flooded during the course of the entire day.. we cannot even enter into the rooms..

RESPECTED SIR,
I am NOT the one doing the renovation. Neither do i have any say into the matter.They are being renovated by the institute. I took my first initiative by complaining the person.People had a lot of problems due to there carelessness and i will try to make sure that no such thing happens in the future.
