Complaints can be registered only through this procedure but is a more effective method as observed by people.
Steps for registering your complaint:
1) Open www.iitd.ac.in
2) Academics-> Centres ->Computer Services Centre
3) On the left Column beneath Resources, click on Complaint Registration and Monitoring System
4) Click on the hyperlink Complaint Registration and Monitoring System
5) Now Login using your Proxy User-id and password
6) User-Id->Create Content-> Submit Wired Network Problems
7) Fill the form by supplying the details questioned.

One another important notice is the some people think that the Rs. 110/120 as charged by the newspaper ‘wala’ are as decide by the hostel, but it is not so; you may calculate the money to be paid from the calendar and then pay him. There are no extra service charges on the Newspaper.
