I'm still waiting for the Form-16. I requested and got the usual reply from Arasan Finance team..
"We are working on it and will send you asap"

I checked with one of my friend and we can file our ITR after the last date it seems. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

This is what i had e-mailed to Arasan:

Hi Arasan,

                  Greetings!!! Before i could call, can you please help us know (both current and ex-employees) that why there is no clear communication between bangalore  center heads? Everytime there is a request or query we raise, ball is passed on to others or there is no response (in most of the cases).
Also its sad that financial matters of company are not handled well. Sorry to say this, but i have to bring this out as it has been and is bringing out bad opinion/impression about the company. Overall, it would be great if you could pitch in (not that you are not) more aggressively and address the problem(S) at hand. We as ex-employees, need our Form-16 immediately. Its been long pending with no yield till date.

Hey Guys,
I called up Neville yesterday and he told me we'l get our Form-16 this week....I think he was just lying.....
Yeah u r right Arul we need updates on PF money as well.....I think we shud go to PF office and chk out there.....

You can't see it online...u may hv to go to the PF office itself....

all PF credited on or before July 2011 can bee seen on ePF website
