Case 2 : Input(Non inverting) = 0 to 3.3V, 100kHz, 50% duty, Vref1(Inverting Input) = 3.5V to 5V. Tested at different levels and output is same as attached waveform. What could be the cause of this unintended pulse and how to overcome this?

it's very simple: The TLV3202 is a high speed comparator and you must treat it like a HF-OPAmp. So, you will probably need a solid ground plane, very shortest traces, suited filtering here and there and shielding. Please don't connect cables (or, even worse, wires) to the inputs unless you introduce 50R signalling. Provide a hysteresis and add an isolation resistor to the output of TLV3202 as shown in figure 30 of datasheet. And please don't directly touch anything of the circuit with the scope probe. Insert a 47...100R resistor first.

So, an ultra fast change rate of voltage causes a huge current spike into the stray capacitance which can erode the signal ground, cause internal ground bounce and result in ringing and resonances across parasitic impedances (signal trace inductances, stray capacitances, etc.). Ground bounce can even make the comparator oscillate!

The oppressive-looking desk job reminds me of Papers, Please (and so does the 'please,' obviously), but PDTA's sense of humor makes it a bit more like The Stanley Parable, if you reduced Stanley's repetitious adventures into buttons and switches. The narrator in this case is a colleague who tells you not to touch anything before shuffling off to the bathroom. The first thing I did is start pressing buttons, naturally.

PDTA is about unraveling the odd workings of a convoluted machine to activate surprises. Most of the puzzles require thorough study of the brief, cryptic instructional poster in the upper left, as well as enough curiosity to try, err, and try again. 'I'm just going to do this to see if anything happens' is the best way to discover the simpler solutions, and always a good idea when left unattended with machinery.

There's not much 'content' in the traditional sense, but that's a word I revile anyway. The 'content' is what you do: PDTA is a puzzle box, and the things inside the box (brief animations, mostly) will only disappoint if they don't come as a surprise revealed by fumbling through the solutions. There's a complete guide on Steam, but just glancing at it deflated a lot of the mystery for me. So, don't do that.

After the title screen, you will appear directly in front of a console with a red button within what appears to be a small office room. You will hear a door open to your left and will be greeted by a waving arm (presumably your work colleague). He will inform you that he needs to take a bathroom break and that whilst he is gone, you are not to touch anything.

Now I would normally recommend having a little play around with the game before hand so that you can get a feel for the game before starting this walkthrough, however if you have already played the game and/or just wish to get the achievements in as little effort as possible, continue ahead.

I will start off by focusing on the 'Perfectionist' achievement which requires you to obtain all of the 30 unique endings without pressing any unnecessary buttons, so please follow the guide exactly as I have it displayed below. I also list these endings starting off with what I believe to be the hardest endings first. Some may require a little practice, but the endings get easier as the walkthrough progresses.

Before starting this walkthrough, it is worth taking note of a few things which may help you understand what may or may not count as an action that may result in a failure and require a complete restart. Here is what I have found:

It DOES NOT count towards failure if:
- You spam the hammer at the bloody blobs for ending #16.
- You click several times all over the panel to find the red arrows for ending #22.
- You end up grabbing the hands on the clock multiple times for endings #17 and #25.

With this being said, I would also advise that you carefully read each 'Ending' and get a vague idea of what is required of it. If you accidentally click a button that is not part of the sequence, you may be forced to reset the playthrough by deleting your save file and starting again.

Press the red button again to reveal a 3 button panel.
Enter the code 312213 in the new panel to reveal a lever.
Pull the lever to the left to reveal a ten-digit panel.
Enter the code 8008 in the new panel to reveal a panel with a date and two buttons and a floppy disk drive.
Press the red button another 14 times to reveal the hammer.
Drag the hammer to pry the top right desk drawer to reveal the 'City Boom!' floppy disk.
Grab the floppy disk and insert it into the drive slot in order to boot the 'City Boom' game.
Click on the monitor screen to start the game. Complete the game without missing any bombs.
A message pops up saying: "YOU DROP ALL BOMB".

Whack-A-Mole Ending #16
Press the red button 16 times to reveal the hammer.
Drag the hammer to the red button.
Hit the button with the hammer 3 times to reveal a bloody fetus in the center.
Hit the fetus once and then continuously hit each sac that appears out the console 3 times until each sac explodes.
Hit the fetus again to reveal more sacs. Repeat this process until they are all destroyed.
You'll beat it when the baby explodes and the window goes green only showing three symbols, these symbols aren't needed for anything.

NOTE: The game is timed by a trail of blood leaking towards the restart button, so try to be quick.

Illuminati Ending #5
Press the red button 16 times to reveal a hammer.
Drag the hammer to the monitor to break it.
Press the [ ? ] button within the monitor.
The game will automatically enter full screen displaying the 'All Seeing Eye' with some symbols rotating around it. These symbols are used for a separate ending.

Reverse Ending #8
Press the red button 8 times to reveal the screwdriver.
Drag the screwdriver to the top right panel to reveal four colored buttons.
Press the [Green] [Red] [Yellow] [Blue] buttons in this order.
The city inverts colors and turns upside down.

Death Star Ending #17
Press the red button 16 times to reveal the screwdriver and hammer.
Drag the screwdriver to the 'Instruction' panel on the wall to your right to reveal 3 clocks and a slot. (One representing hour, minute and seconds)
Take the hammer and use it to smash the clock on the wall to the left of the monitor screen.
Grab and drag each of the hands to 12 o'clock.
A ticket will reveal itself through the slot where the 'Instruction' panel once was.
The ticket will have 4x6 dots some grey and some red.
Each red dot is equal to 1. From the bottom to the top add the red dots from each row to get a 6 number combination.

Turn off all symbols except the upwards pointing key, double wave, hourglass and bleeding eye. These are the same symbols that were shown in the Illuminati Ending.

The Something Ending #19
Press the red button twice to reveal a 3 button panel.

Pull the lever to the left to reveal a ten-digit panel.
Enter the code 8267 in the new panel to reveal a 7x7 grid of buttons.
Going from 1-7 up & down and A-G left to right. Put the coordinates B4, D1, D4, D7 and F4 in the 7x7 grid. The image below shows the correct buttons to press:

A diamond should be revealed in the D4 box on the top right side of the main console.
Enter the code 8020 into the ten-digit panel to slightly crack a new uncovered panel.
Press the red button 6 more times to reveal the screwdriver.
Drag the screwdriver to the top right panel to reveal 4 coloured buttons.
Press [Yellow] [Red] [Blue] [Blue] in that order to fully crack the newly uncovered panel.
Drag the diamond into the right hole in the new panel revealed and then press the brown button to the left of it.
The plane from City Boom flies across the screen and gets eaten by a giant worm.
