How to Get Here: Road Construction Update
The Ramada Las Cruces Hotel and Conference Center is on the corner of S.
Valley Dr. and E. University Ave.
The normal exit to that intersection from I-10 is closed for road construction.
To reach the hotel, follow these directions:
• If you are coming from the west on I-10, take the Avenida de Mesilla exit and go
left (east) to Valley Dr., then turn right and go south to University Ave.
• If you are coming from the South on I-10, take I-25 to the E. University Ave. exit and
then turn left (west) on University to the corner with Valley Drive.

The mandatory sign-in meeting is at 6:30
p.m. on Thursday evening, May 26 in the
Brazito Room at the conference venue
(Monday-only participants who cannot attend will receive instructions at the conference).
Participants are reminded that each participant must fill out a complete set of the required forms
(available from your group Contact person) for each assigned field trip, and turn in the forms at the pre-trip meeting
