Change Keymapping PR

Hi all

I’ve proposed this PR for merging into ARAnyM (everything is documented in the PR):

This is a feature I’ve implemented in 2023 and integrated in MacAranym. But it’s a feature which might be of use also for all other platforms.

It would be great if others would test it on their preferred system (Linux, Windows) and let me know of possible regressions.

Hi all

If ever we are going to do a release, I would love to have the PR below being accepted/integrated.

It’s about adding a „keymap“ file specifying a user defined mapping from SDL scan codes to TOS scan codes.

Especially on Macs this is useful as there are different keyboard variations available.
