Networking Issues

Hello all,

I just wanted to report that I am having network issues. A current
github aranym build paired with Fedora 38 on two different systems.
Both systems AMD Ryzen but one is wifi and the other wired networking.

The issue is that all networking freezes after a short time of heavy
traffic. The interface shows in and out errors. No traffic gets
through, not even local pings. I have to actually kill aranym to get it
working again. When it is in this state, hitting the close button
doesn't seem to work. I haven't debugged the issue further but I will
attempt to later on unless someone has any ideas what could be wrong.

This is my networking setup:

MAC = 00:41:45:54:48:30
