foxx app intermittently giving error 404

Hi,

I have created a foxx app for a mobile app I am working on. But, the URL's I have exposed sometimes work correctly but sometimes they fail with following response:

{"error":true,"code":404,"errorNum":404,"errorMessage":"unknown path 'contactspace/initiateRegistration'"}

I did not face this issue when I tested the app in dev environment.

I am not able to figure the reason for the issue. How can I debug the problem ?

Hi Vikas,

Did you have a look into the logs of your production machine? Whenever Foxx generates this kind of response it will write something to the log :)

Hi Lucas,

I have looked at the logs at tail /var/log/arangodb/arangod.log. But, for code : 404 there are no logs.

According to the documentation 404 means

404 - not found: Will be raised when an URI is unknown.

 This means the URI is going down intermittently.
