As in  : https://www.arangodb.com/download-major/ubuntu/

UNABLE TO RESOLVE HOST ADDRESS to retrieve repository key at https://www.arangodb.com


We're having an issue downloading ArangoDB for Ubuntu Server :

wget https://www.arangodb.com/repositories/arangodb31/xUbuntu_16.04/Release.key

triggers following error message in terminal :

wget : unable to resolve host address www.arangodb.com


Any idea what could cause the problem ?

This looks like a DNS issue. Can you try in a terminal:
