Hi,

I note from this older blog post that support for testing Foxx services using Mocha was added in version 2.6. Has this support been maintained into 3.0, and if not, is there a plan to add it in a later release of 3.x? The blog also links to the following Cookbook article which seems to have been removed:
https://docs.arangodb.com/cookbook/FoxxTesting.html

Thanks in advance for any information you can provide on this topic!

Cheers,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

the Mocha support still exists and works exactly the same. We just haven't gotten around to adding new documentation for it yet.

In the meantime you should be able to follow the 2.8 cookbook recipe: https://docs.arangodb.com/2.8/cookbook/FoxxTesting.html

I've adjusted the link in the blog post to match the new location of the recipe.

Please note that the lab flask icon can now be found on the settings/configuration page along with the development mode toggle. These buttons used to be in different places in ArangoDB 2.x.

Cheers,

Alan
