ArangoDB version 3.10.12 released

We are happy to announce the release of ArangoDB version 3.10.12!

This patch version is ready for production deployment and is a recommended upgrade for all 3.10 users.

Apart from some basic cleanup and code improvements related to found issues, the following notable things have been added to the 3.10.12 version of ArangoDB:

• Updated OpenSSL to 3.0.12.
• Rebuilt included rclone v1.59.0 with go1.21.4.
• Updated ArangoDB Starter to v0.17.2 and arangosync to v2.19.5.
• Track memory usage of internal connection statistics and request statistics: `arangodb_connection_statistics_memory_usage`, `arangodb_requests_statistics_memory_usage`.
• Remove version check on startup of arangosh. This can speed up the startup of the arangosh considerably because it won't do a network request to www.arangodb.com.
• Introduced an upper bound of queued async log messages.
