ArangoDB version 3.12.4.3 released

We are happy to announce the release of ArangoDB version 3.12.4.3!

This patch version is ready for production deployment and is a recommended upgrade for all 3.12 users (which has to be done carefully with the documented procedures).

Apart from some basic cleanup and code improvements related to found issues, the following notable things have been added to the 3.12.4.3 version of ArangoDB:

• Fix concurrency bug which can lead to lost threads. See BTS-2087.
• Fix BTS-2119: The optimization rule `async-prefetch` could cause crashes when a query aborts early, e.g. due to a runtime error, the query being killed, or the memory limit being reached.
• The agency supervision is clearing "finished" jobs too quickly from Target/Finished and Failed. They will be forthwith be kept for at least 1h.
• Updated compiler to clang-19.
