ArangoDB version 3.11.9 released

We are happy to announce the release of ArangoDB version 3.11.9!

This patch version is ready for production deployment and is a recommended upgrade for all 3.11 users.

Apart from some basic cleanup and code improvements related to found issues, the following notable things have been added to the 3.11.9 version of ArangoDB:

• Improved the time required to create a new Collection in a database with hundreds of collections. This also improves times for indexes and dropping of collections.
• Updated ArangoDB Starter to v0.18.5 and arangosync to v2.19.7.
• Rebuilt included rclone v1.62.2 with go1.21.8.
