Currently we are using some Icons I got from some place I can't even
remember. We are also missing icons in several places.

We can either start using the platform's default icons (there is
something somewhere in PyQt to get them) or start searching for an icon
set we like.

I prefer my apps to adjust to my system's appearance/look & feel, so I
would go for platform's default icons.
But I wouldn't object if someones wants to add the ability to
configure a different set of icons.

In my opinion is better if we respect the platform's default icons,
but if I have to propose one I'm using Faenza Icons Pack right now and
I'm loving it.

Ok, platform icons it is. There is a problem in that the platform icons
are never complete, but I'll do what I can :-)

I added this as Issue 56

It turns out that windows has no platform icons worth talking about so
we need to provide them
even if as a default.

And since finding comprehensive icon sets is a pain in the ass, I am
switching to Tango icons that I know are complete and have "standard"
naming. Later I promise to switch to something decided in a public poll
or something :-)
