Progress on Issue25 (ComicBookViewer)

Fellows,

I've added support for comic books compressed in CBR (RAR) format to
the issue25 branch using the pyunrar2 lib. Also, I changed the name of
the cbz viewer to comicbookviewer.py and cbzparser.py to
comicbookparser.py, because I added the support to the new format
inside the same script.

I don't know if it's worthly to keep working on the viewer, beacuse
of the refactoring that is planned of the epubviewer.
