Somebody needs to work urgently on this, if he is to come this year.
It is not just a question of the time taken to get a visa, but the
information conditions attached. We have some contacts at the British
Consulate in East Jerusalem and the British Council, but an expert in
the new system is required. Somebody at Bradford University should be
in the know. It may be necessary to employ an advisor.
