Where can I get an edition of this Peshitta Tan"kh, containing the
full complete canon, including the writings of Josephus, in Hebrew
square characters, so that I can read it more easily?

Shlama,

The Aramaic Book store has one of these you can purchase in printed
form. http://www.aramaicbooks.com/product_info.php?cPath=31&products_id=91

You can find high resolution scans of the Codex Ambrosianus by doing a
google search. I currently don't have a link to the site which has
those.

I have checked out the links that you sent me. They are excellent. I
read Estrangela Character better than I do Nestoria/Swadaya Character,
and Jacobite/Serto Character, but I read Hebrew Character best of all.
If I could save up the money to purchase a copy of the Codex
Ambrosianus in Estrangela Character from Aramaic Books at: www.aramaicbookscom,
I suppose I could easily use my computer's Wordpad features to
carefully transcribe it over to Hebrew Character easily enough
though.

Shlama,

You could also probably use a good OCR program from Adobe to scan the text into your computer.  However, such software can be very expensive for most people, including myself.
