Saratoga Qualifying Tournament Information

Hi Everyone,

I hope the first few months of school has been treating you all well.

Aragon Robotics will be attending our first qualifying tournament on November 19, two weeks from now.  The tournament will take place at Saratoga High School, CA.

We will also be providing carpooling for all students who are interested.  Please fill out this form so that we can start organizing carpools. Any volunteer driver who has not previously driven a school event, needs to fill out the Driver_Form before Thursday 16th.

All students who are planning to attend this even must fill out the attached document.  And because this is a weekend event, you do not need teacher signatures.

If you have any comments, concerns or questions, you may reply to this email, or contact any mentor of lead.  Also, we will be sending out a logistics form, once the carpooling assignments are finalized.

Finally, this tournament is made accessible because of our gracious mentors and volunteers.  So thank you for all your help.
