Hi all!
Thank you very much to Ms. Powell and Ms. Khoo for volunteering at the tournament this Sunday! In addition, thank you very much to Mr Sipple and the parents who have volunteered to drive us to and/or from competition on this Sunday, 2/19:
Morning: Dario Boffelli, Evelyn Khoo, Craig Sipple
Evening: Wendy Nishizaki, and Judi Powell
Leaving Aragon in the morning at 7:30am
Leaving Newark Memorial High School in the evening around 6:00pm, though it depends on when the competition ends.
Newark Memorial High School: 39375 Cedar Boulevard
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND AND HAVEN'T FILLED OUT THIS GOOGLE FORM SENT OUT EARLIER, YOU MUST LET ME (JULIA) KNOW BY MIDNIGHT TONIGHT (THURSDAY), OR WE WILL ASSUME YOU ARE NOT ATTENDING.
We are still working on the seat assignments for the morning and afternoon carpools to and from Newark. We will send the seat assignments out to you by tomorrow night.
DRIVER FORMS:
If you are a parent driving students, or a student driving yourself, and haven't yet turned in a driver form to Aragon, please turn in the attached "SMUHSD Student/Adult Driver Application Form" to Ms. Warnke at Aragon TOMORROW.
FIELD TRIP FORMS:
We're still missing MANY field trip forms for those students who plan to attend. If you’re planning to attend the FTC Regional Championship on Sat. OR Sun., TURN IN YOUR FIELDTRIP FORMS. These are required so that we have your parent/guardian’s consent to attend, as well as emergency contact information for you. Saturday forms should go to Tyler Ong, Sunday forms to Miles Olson.
Both forms, the “SMUHSD Student/Adult Driver Application Form,” and the field trip form for the NorCal Championships (for both Saturday and Sunday) are attached as PDFs to this email. PLEASE FILL OUT AND TURN IN THE DRIVER FORM TO MS. WARNKE, AND THE FIELD TRIP FORM(S) TO TYLER ONG (Sat. event) or MILES OLSON (Sun. event).
If you have any questions, please contact Julia Nishizaki at rei.ni...@gmail.com, or Aragon Robotics at aragon.rob...@gmail.com.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and understanding.
We look forward to seeing you at competition!
Thank you,
Julia Nishizaki
