I've created a form to be used when requesting a purchase for Aragon Robotics. This form is a starting point-- we'll adjust the form and the process as we figure out what works and what else is needed.
Hopefully, a formal process for requesting purchases will help us better track our expenses.
To request a purchase,
1) Download the Purchase Request Form PDF to your computer and fill it out.
2) Get final approval from a mentor (no formal signature is required).
3) Email a request for the purchase, along with the form, to:
Luci Tolfa (Aragon H.S. financial secretary)
AND copy to the Aragon Robotics treasurer at
