Logistics for the 2/3 Napa Qualifier

Hi all,

We will be going to our third Relic Recovery qualifying tournament at Justin-Siena HS in Napa (4026 Maher St, Napa, CA 94558). I have also attached a map of the school campus with the rooms and parking lot labeled on it. 

The pits will open at 8:00 in the morning, so we are asking everyone who is in the carpool to please arrive at the Aragon parking lot (near the science building) by the latest of 6:00 am. Like last time, we are requiring everyone to stay until the end of the awards ceremony. We will most likely to depart from Justin-Siena HS at around 6:30 or 7:00 pm. As usual, we will provide pizza for lunch at the competition.

Please refer to this document for your carpool assignment. We are extremely tight on space for both going to the competition and coming back from it, so please let us know ASAP if your name is not on the carpool list. As usual, feel free to reply to this email or contact the leads or mentors if you have any further questions, comments, or concerns.
