Logistics for the 1/13/18 Qualifier

[Aragon Robotics]

Hi all,

We will be going to our second Relic Recovery qualifying tournament at Wilcox HS in Santa Clara; the address is 3250 Monroe St, Santa Clara, CA 95051. The pits will open at 8:00 in the morning, so we are asking everyone who is in the carpool to please arrive at the Aragon parking lot (near the science building) by the latest of 7:15 am. We are also asking everyone to stay until the end of the awards ceremony, so we will most likely depart from Wilcox HS at around 7:30 pm. In addition, we will provide pizza for lunch at the competition. 

Please refer to this document for your carpool assignment. As usual, feel free to reply to this email or contact the leads or mentors if you have any further questions, comments, or concerns. 

Lastly, a big thanks to all of our volunteer drivers, parent chaperones, and mentors~
