January and February Qualifier Logistics

Hello all, 

As this semester comes to a close, we're planning out the logistics for our upcoming January and February qualifiers: 1/13 at Wilcox High School in Santa Clara, CA and 2/3 at Justin-Siena High School in Napa, CA. In order to transport all students to and from both qualifiers, we are hoping that each team member's parent can drive either there or back from one of the qualifiers. In addition, we are looking for any parents that can stay for the duration of the qualifying tournament in order to chaperone, as well as parents who can drive district vans instead of their private cars so that we can transport more students in one car. Please note that parents who drive district vans will need to pick up the vans in the morning and stay for the duration of the qualifier. Please fill out both forms so that we can organize carpools: 1/13 Wilcox and 2/3 Justin-Siena. Please let us know if you have any questions!
