Dear Colleagues,
We are excited to invite you to the 2026
Ag Wireless Week (AgWireless'26) taking place August 29 through September 3, 2026, in Ames, Iowa. Building on the success of prior
ARA community events such
as AraFest’24,
AgWireless'26 convenes leaders and innovators from academia, industry, government, and communities to accelerate concerted progress across 6G, AI, AgTech, and multi-use innovation.
ABOUT THE EVENT
6G is expected to “connect the unconnected” while advancing service frontiers such as integrated AI and communications, non-terrestrial networks (NTN), and hyper-reliable, low-latency communications (HRLLC). Pioneering use
cases such as collaborative aerial and ground vehicles for precision AI weed control, agriculture is an ideal industry vertical for piloting 6G technologies towards their real-world adoption. Hosted on
ARA, the first-of-its-kind
wireless living lab supporting at-scale wireless x-haul, heterogeneous access, and LEO satellite communications, AgWireless'26 will celebrate progress across wireless and application domains (including agriculture, defense, public safety, and transportation),
strengthen collaborative communities, and ignite new innovation initiatives. AgWireless’26 coincides with the
Farm Progress Show (Sept
1-3), the world's premier AgTech event attracting 150,000+ visitors from around the world, a unique opportunity to connect advanced wireless with real-world agriculture.
