· The meeting schedule has been set and is attached to this email.

· Due to your immediate response on booking hotel rooms, all rooms are booked at the Embassy Suites. We have gotten another room block at the Austin hotel a few blocks away from the Embassy.

Ø Call (501) 623-6600 to reserve your room at the Austin Hotel - Hot Springs.

Ø Room Rates are $109 and you must mention Arkansas REALTORS® Association when making the reservation.

Ø The deadline to reserve your room is June 6, 2016.

My apologies, the hotel name should read The Hotel Hot Springs (Formerly the Austin).
