Good Afternoon,
The application and guidelines for members regarding the 2015 AFE awards are attached and can be found on our website on the AFE page as well as the Document Library in the member’s section. Please disperse this information to your members as you see fit. It will also go out in newsletters to all members. Please have members make their application fee checks payable to your board and then write the ARA a check for the total, or for those of you using eCommerce, you can transfer the funds that way.
Please be conscientious of the deadlines – you may set your own local board deadline, but the recommended deadline is the third Friday in January (January 15th) – the deadline for boards to email in their submittals to me is the last Wednesday in February (February 24). If you have an early awards ceremony, I encourage you to send in your submission earlier than the deadline to ensure you receive the certificates in time.
The submittal excel spreadsheets are attached and the process will be the same as last year, with you entering each applicants information into the attached excel spreadsheet and emailing that excel spreadsheet to me. I must receive this in the EXCEL format by EMAIL. You can print it out to send in with your check if you’d like, but it must also be emailed.
