The Sheriff's Department arrested Christina McGehee of Eldorado after
animals on her property were found dead or dying.
Numerous dogs and rabbits were found either frozen or starving
according to police.

"It always annoys me a bit that those people generally can find money
to bond out of jail but can't find the money to care for their
animals," says Chief Deputy Todd Fort.
