Baltimore, MD XXURGENT! HELP! Cat attacked by weedeater needs urgent help.

I need to know if you guys can save my cat by taking him off my hands. I can't afford the vet care he needs. I never intended to keep him permanently but I procrastinated finding him a new home n my kids fell in love with him. My landlord hates him.
