Thanks for your question. Unfortunately I am not able to verify if all MARS stations were up and operating at the prescribed times according to the announcement. Army MARS has the lead for collecting from the other Services what stations they intend to operate, their operating hours, modes, and frequencies.

I do know there were a couple of MARS stations that initially were operating on other than published frequencies but once discovered, they did move to the published frequencies.
