- Monitoring Calls &
providing feedback for the same.
- Working with bottom performers of the
operation.
- Generating reports on the basis of quality
scores.
- Suggesting corrective action plans & working
with the underperformers.
- Conducting different trainings for improving
soft skills & process knowledge for
associates.
- Briefing team n their daily devotional which is
time provided before shift for discussions about
performance.
- Attending different calibration & conducting
the same with the operations team for maintaining
monitoring standards
QA Inbound Process - FOR GURGAON LOCATION (Salary - 13,000/-). with Cab facility.
QA Outbound Process - FOR DELHI LOCATION (Salary - 15,000/-) . No Cab facility.
